What does overshoot mean?

Going past the target before settling, because the correction was too strong or arrived too late.

It stopped, but not at 0. The loop says stop() at the moment the error is small, and the robot keeps turning for a moment after that. Coasting again, now in rotation. Faster spin, bigger overshoot.
